What is Generalixed Anxiety Disorder (GAD)


Many can say: You Worry too much, just relax” which might frustrate the worrier: “If it only was that easy” or “The thoughts are uncontrollable”. Some might even find it useful to worry, because one feels more prepared if something unexpected happens. More information about those who worry so much that they satisfy the diagnostic criterias for GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder)

  1. I was diagnosed with this before I started getting my memories back (and we realized it was more like PTSD). The worry can take over a life. The good news: the recovery process has reduced my anxiety dramatically. There is a drug-free way to get past it.

    • It truly is possible to heal ẃithout drugs. PTSD is actually dissociation, also. Psychologist divide dissociation in three “levels” where PTSD is a simple dissociation with just one EP (emotional part of personality), and the third level is DID or Multiple personality disorder. Falling in between (level two) are people with Borderline PD, severly traumatized victims or others not mentioned already:)
