Many of you might wonder: What kind of humor does a therapist have? For my own sake (as a psychologist) I have always been fond of humor that relate to words or language, or people simply doing strange things. I have never liked humor that ridicules others, since I immediately felt sorry for the one on the line. I am here presenting typical examples of things I find hilarious, and hope I am not shooting completely off the target here.
Remember, humor is a good defence mechanism.
